Proudly family owned and operated in Napa, California, our company draws upon over 133 years of pioneering California winemaking heritage across four generations, with roots reaching back to 1893. Today, TOAKWS operates as a multi-brand beverage platform with an impressive legacy, combining deep industry expertise with a modern approach to crafting and delivering wines and beverages that resonate with today’s consumers.
Founded by Joseph J.D. “Joey” Franzia, a respected industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and global brand development, and Dr. Ann H. Franzia, we specialize in creating and delivering still wines, sparkling wines, low-alcohol wine, non-alcoholic wine, spirits, ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, and American lager beer. Our products are known for their exceptional quality, eye-catching packaging, and consumer-driven branding that stands out in today’s diverse marketplace.
Our extensive domestic experience includes case sales to over 350 distributors, top national and independent retailers, and both on- and off-premise partners. Globally, we are proud to have built an import portfolio spanning 13 countries and to have exports reaching over 90 international locations.
